Fazenda IP is a farm that was started in 1967 by farmer Isidro Pereira and his son. It took off into success 7 years later as its production land grew to over 500% larger. They then invested in a de-pulping machine which now helps to export coffee faster all over the world. Fazenda IP is a coffee that most people prefer, it comes from the highest export country, Brazil. It’s the joker of the coffee industry as everyone likes its subtle, simple taste. It has nutty and chocolaty flavors which people find quite nice as they don’t have to figure out tastes like berries and other complicated flavors. People who love strong coffee will enjoy this coffee due to its high caffeine and its distinctive strong taste.

Flavor Wheel

The flavor wheel is a visual tool that helps to better understand and name flavors in coffee. This wheel contains six main categories common in specialty coffee.

The Fazenda IP has a flavor we taste as CHOCOLATE, NUTTY, , , , These flavors fall into the following groups from the wheel: fresh fruit, chocolate, and nutty.
