Fazenda Santuario Sul is part of the Santuario project in Brazil. In addition to traditional Brazilian varieties (such as yellow bourbon), today about 30 exotic varieties of coffee are grown on the Santuario Sul hacienda: rumé sudan, geisha, yirgacheffe, SL, etc. (experiments with a selection of varieties for a specific terroir). It uses different planting techniques for coffee trees (in the shade of trees or under the sun) and innovative ways of processing coffee according to the standards of the Santuario project (which allows you to get new taste profiles).
